I’m Colleen O’Hara, founder of I Love Cape May and a licensed real estate agent in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. My journey into real estate began long before my license—watching my mother transform her life by becoming a successful agent on Philadelphia’s Main Line after raising our family in Havertown. Her late-in-life career pivot and success taught me that real estate is about more than homes—it’s about resilience, community, and connection.

Now based full-time in Cape May, I’ve made it my mission to build a hyper-local brand that celebrates everything that makes this seaside town magical.
